Anyone know if there's a way to play a game (Morpheus here)w/o all the swapping?
Thanks, Caz

Someone may come up with a better idea but the only thing I can think of may take as much work as swapping disks.I would rip all three cd's,burn the contents of the 3 cd's to a dvd,and see if that works.Luckily you have a cd ripper on your Windows media center but you may not have dvd burning software.I'm not sure if that is in the media center. If that doesn't work I would try putting all those cd files in one folder.Click on the file that ends in "exe" and try that.If that were to work you could send the "exe" file to the desktop.

With a virtual CD type program, you can make images of all three discs, mount them, and run the game entirely from the hard drive. If you have Nero, check and see if it has the option to create and mount disc images.

If you prefer a freeware utility you can install Virtual CloneDrive from Slysoft - I've used it in the past, and it always worked well.

It's a simple as it gets - you'll need to create an ISO image of the disc, but that's pretty simple too.

ImgBurn also works great for creating ISO image files.

If you try Imgburn, be careful during installation that it doesn't try to sneak some other program onto your computer. Read what it says before clicking "Next" during the install. Old versions of Imgburn didn't do that, but you can't trust the current one.

Hi fellow Boomers,
On the subject of "Disc Swapping",If you are playing a downloaded old game in DOSBOX, and you get a screen asking you to "Insert Disc (X)" ,if you hold down CTRL + F4, and then Left click on the screen, your game will continue.
BTW, I found that out on a forum. LOL. It WORKED.
