Can someone help with the download from Steam. I am a Steam member and I am trying to download the game but I don't see a place to enter the code and therefore am being charged 19.99. I feel really dumb right now so if someone could help...I would greatly appreciate it.

I'll also add this to Chief's post at start of thread.

- When you log in at Steam, you will see your personal steam page.
- At top left in small letters are: steam, view, friends, games, help.
- Click on "games" to see a pull down menu.
- Select "activate a product on steam".
- See a separate frame. Follow the directions there.
