I'm so glad you brought this up Mad. I, too, like to play a Match 3 or a Marble Popper for just those things. Get really irritated at the "storytelling" or other interuptions. Maybe it's because one gets into a certain pace and achieves a bit of dexterity, to have it all go to pot by having to find some dratted objects or whatever. Likewise, I don't like the timed bits of Nancy Drews. It spoils the atmosphere and the immersion for me. Guess I like to get into a certain pace and keep there.
edit. Have just realised this is the Casual forum and not the realm of the Nancy Drew major games. I often forget not to mix my comments/questions. Sorry.
