Is anyone having problems with Big Fish this week? I bought two games and for some reason I can only download these after opening the Big Fish Manager app and going to my purchase history.
I used to download, activate and install from the website after buying but this is not possible. Is it me or them? think

Have you contacted them? There was an issue here in this thread.

Best to contact them and let them investigate the cause.

I'm having the same problem, Upsydaisy. I used to be able to d/l and install several games at a time from the website but now can only do one at a time and only from my purchase history in the BF manager.

So far I haven't contacted BF because I thought it was just something temporarily annoying. Maybe next week I'll ask them to investigate as Ana suggested.

I have contacted them and am waiting for a reply.Thought it was just a glitch but its still happening. Old purchases also won't install from the website and nothing appears in the queue for downloading. I'll keep you informed when they reply.

Hi Cappy, I had a reply from BF. They suggested that I manually delete the 'cef' file in program data. Uninstall the BF Manager, reinstall and things should be ok-unfortunately no. I have sent a Dr Felix file and await further revelations!

Thanks for the report, Upsydaisy. If the problem continues, I'll do what they suggest. Meanwhile, thanks for taking time to follow up with me.

Hi Cappy, BF came up with other suggestions eg:reset Google Chrome settings=no effect. Download games from website purchase history (can't download!!) but install from folder and run as administrator=no effect.

I have decided to call it a day and just download/install from my purchase history in the BF manager app. I can still download and install trial games from the website. Perhaps BF will come up with an update in the future and the problem will be magically resolved. duh

I too have had this problem for some time. With a few of us having the same problem, it must be something from their end. I don't mind downloading from the purchase history, but I was wondering why?

I agree with everybody. If I just boot up my computer and download a game from BF, it's fine. However, if my computer has been on for awhile, I have to reboot to get a game to download correctly. Hope they fix this.

Thank you Ana, but I can't get to anything with BFG in the title. It then shuts me out of everything on my comuter.

Then you may have a virus or you somehow blocked it. Try a different browser.

Run ccleaner (both cleaning and registry cleaner) and malwarebytes and see what happens.
