Such a good review I'd like to play it. <g>
I see it's available directly from Fizbin.
Does it have to be played through Steam?

Gil.

Gil.

I bought it from GOG.
I don't know if the Fizbin version uses Steam.
I think you'll have to email them to be sure.

Thank you, MaG, that's just what I wanted to hear.
I'd prefer to get the game from Fizbin so they get all the dough (well, most of it) even though I'm a big fan of GOG.

Thank you Gremlin for a really great review on The Inner World. I played it about 5 weeks ago when it first came out and found the game to be different. I agree with most of what you wrote on the game.
The only things I would have changed (as I saw the game) was the score you gave. I really thought it deserved an A- or even an A. The game is totally original in the concept, the plot and even the graphics, not to mention the inbuilt hint system.
You also mention that the game took you 5-6 hours to play. I played the game right through without any help at all; including MaG's walk-through or the inbuilt hint system. I class myself as an experienced adventure gamer and it took me just on 15 hours to complete.
I agree with you in that the game was very solid in all facets with no real weaknesses. Perhaps my only comment was that you could anticipate the end of the game half-way through chapter 3. I would really recommend it to all players.
