Game,I am currently in The Street Of Vladoviste
But I am not sure what the Mag's wt is try
To say I took the silver needle,and am suppose
Tp trade with the person,but I am stuck as to
What to do to get the trade accomplished,

You will learn from the dialogue that Ionel likes to trade. When you look in his bag you will see a harmonica - giving you a clue that he likes music.
Later in the game - you will need something from Ionel and have to trade him for that. To get a good trade - what you trade is a musical thing.

But the game won't let you leave until you
Make the trade with him I tried walking away
To the next scene but he states he has to trade
With Lonel.

How do I proceed to the next scene
