Not only are they cheap, they are flying out of there. Go now and be prepared to wait to see if there's one you want. I just got Anvil of Dawn for $1.49 and I was almost not fast enough to get it!

Someone was a nanosecond faster than you, Orion. <g> At a guess, what they're doing is clicking the instant something shows up for free, not even pausing to read what it is.
Whew! It took less than 2 minutes for 400 copies of Tomb Raider 1, 2, & 3 to sell out at $2.49. GOG is raking it in!
Psychonauts was free for about a tenth of a second. <g>

You and me, Marian. <g> I keep going back every once in a while and getting caught. I just downloaded Neverwinter Nights 2 Complete for $4. Cognition and Thief just raced out of there. Dragon Commander is presently...oh, but you know. <g> It really is a hoot to watch.

Jack Keane 2 is up once again at 10:09 p.m. and it's not rushing out. There are 83 left if anyone is interested in getting the game for #11.99.

They are still going. I did not see many adventure games yesterday and a lot of repeats, maybe today. I, like most of you, already have a good collection but it does not hurt to add to it.
Boy did it slow down last night or what.
Love the IPAD....keep one eye on it, have the computer ready on the TV watching something else, switch it over and click, click, click....
Man, I sure wish they would quit dicking around with Prominence and Asylum and release these games. A Demo would be nice on Prominence, I keep asking. My God they were suppose to release a year ago. Sorry...I have PRS(Prominence Release Syndrome).
Have a nice day, gotta go, I might have to nano-click.......
It's never too late!

It slowed way down last night on Jack Keane 2; it took four hours for that to sell out. Sad comment on the popularity of AGs or just on Jack Keane?
The only ones I'm waiting for with any enthusiasm anymore are Shadowgate and Tesla Effect (which I backed and which is coming out On Time).
Be careful, Orion. That nano-clicking finger can do real damage to your bank account. <g>

Hey Traveler,
Looks like they are running AG's today! Hope it keeps going.
Adventure gaming has always been lesser understood. In earlier times...Dos, 95 and 98...AG's were booming. At some point they almost died out. With the large outcry from people like us, they kept coming and here we are today with some of the best games on the market. The great games seem to take forever to develope but in most cases it is worth the wait. Meantime there is GOG and what I call the "homemade games". AG'ers are a special breed of people, I can't put my finger on what I want to say here but we have a love for an interactive book/story that you play out. AND.....we can still enjoy other types of games.
Tesla Effect, the Tex Murphy's series.....classics of all time, full motion video, it was the hottest thing going at the time. We have been after Chris Jones for years to do another and here we are, finally. This will be one of the best games of all times, in my opinion of course. Can't wait.......
As far as my nano-clicking.......I will order the 8oz filet tonight instead of the 12oz.
It's never too late!

Hi, Orion,
Yes, AGs! I saw The Book of Unwritten Tales on sale for...not much. <g> Unfortunately, I already have it and I'm tapped out so I really shouldn't keep going back to see what I'm missing.
"...we have a love for an interactive book/story that you play out. AND.....we can still enjoy other types of games."
Oh, yeah. And I especially like the single player RPGs that let you play on easy. Lol! Such a fumble fingers here. When you consider that the evil guy at the end of Neophyte wipes the floor with me, and that's an OLD game, you can see why easy is a really welcome option.
A game like Grim sometimes makes you cuss because you cannot figure out how to get up that underwater chain but at least it doesn't take the reflexes of death, just dogged persistence. <g>
Oh, for the day GOG gets Grim from Disney!

Whoo! I just saw that, margo, and they are whizzing out. It's your Last Chance at this price.
Edit: Never mind. Three minutes later and they are gone. <g>
