The following clues form a word chain. The last three letters of one word form the first three letters of the next word, and the list wraps round from the last word to the first. Mostly straightforward, but there may be some hyphenated or two word answers in there, and a couple that might need the Stitchionary. Plenty there, so feel free to grab a couple smile

-19. Strange, unfamiliar

-21. Ancient race-course

-23. Upper surface of a column of liquid
