I've been trying to find out if the finished version of the game is close yet - but not having any success

Yes. I downloaded the first 4 of the 5 episodes many moons ago but I've been holding off playing until I have all five.

[ I really don't like getting games one episode at a time - but as this one is "free" I mustn't complain too loudly !! ]

Mad it's been a long hard road for episode 5. I don't understand the changes they are making to it and why it is taking so long but there are those who seem to understand it.

I wouldn't look for completion any time soon. Here is a thread about it.
