Hello,
I recently came across this game. I installed it, but when it starts up on the main screen of the game, my mouse is frozen and I cannot click on "play" to start the game. Has anybody come across this problem?

What version of the game do you have and what version of Windows do you have?
The original game was made for Vista and XP (probably for XP and worked with Vista if you used compatibility mode).
The Big Fish version says it's compatible with XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.

With newer versions of Windows you may have to both install and play using compatibility mode, and/or run the game as administrator from the right-click menu. Or you may have to install to a location other than C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86).
