Trying to play Sherlock Holmes Versus Arsene Lupin and getting nauseous. Are all the Sherlock Holmes games like this? I know The Awakening made me sick but I don't remember Mystery of the Mummy or Secret of the Silver Earring making me sick.

What about Jack the Ripper and Testament? I haven't played those yet.

There is a Remastered version that allows you to switch between 3rd person and 1st person. That will eliminate the nausea. Do you have that version?

I managed to make it through The Awakening by using the walkthrough so I didn't have to move around any more than necessary but that takes the fun out of playing. Will either do the same with this game or just give up. It's not like I don't have enough other games to play. It's just disappointing.

Definitely try to get the remastered version with the 3rd person view.
Motion sickness from 1st person in Sherlock Vs Arsene Lupin is worse than in The Awakened.

Those both have the option to play in third person, without any seasick panning. :)

Jenny100 - I can't find Arsene Lupin in a remastered version.

Rushes, thanks for that info. I already have both games and I know I went into Jack the Ripper and looked around when I first got the game. Just can't remember how it played though. Even though the games are all different, I try to play them in order.

Thanks Ana. I was looking for something that said "remastered". I don't see that.

It could have been either one. You can switch back and forth between 1st and 3rd person during the game.

I took a look and I must have gotten rid of Lupine and Jack the Ripper. I played both in third person though I don't recall if they were labeled remastered or not.

The Awakened copy I have is definitely marked Remastered. If you want it say so and I'll send it to you for free. Just pm me with your contact info.

Maybe they were downloads. I was never able to find a disc version of the remastered Sherlock Holmes vs Arsene Lupin.

That's generous of you oldmariner but no thank you. I don't feel the need to replay The Awakened.
