I'm not sure if I consider this a good thing or a bad thing. Do you think we'll be seeing more developers creating Sherlock games?

Sherlock Holmes now Public Domain.

Interesting. smile

The last copyright on ACD's stories in the UK expired in 2000, so we Brits have been clear for a while already without seeing a glut of Holmes-related games. So perhaps there won't be a noticeable increase now that the US is following suit.

(Quality is more important than quantity, imo!) laugh

Not really, Frogwares now owns the trademark for Sherlock Holmes in the video games categories(we were forced to register after attacks of the same Conan Doyle societies).

That is great news Wael! I was hoping this wouldn't unleash a bunch of poorly designed low quality games. No one can hold a candle to a Frogwares Sherlock!
