The real reason I haven't been around for a while is because I was doing time in the joint for grand use of pathetic puns. During my spell there I learned some things about the inmates. Consider these things that may somehow, in a roundabout way, refer to a "con". What would a con find on the bottom of his shoe? (7) ... a con-sole Now, you try some... -1. What you might see at the tennis court in the slammer? (8) -2. What they might teach in the big house? (10) -3. A writer at the pokey? (9) -4. Not a lifer at the hoosegow? (12) -5. A peon in the clink? (10) -6. A eulogy in the pen? (10) -7. Looking for an escapee? (8) -8. What lifting too much in the weight room might cause? (9) -9. What you might get on your cell from another cell in jail? (7) -10. What they use on work release at the farm? (10) -11. What you might have to pay the court before going to the cooler? (7) -12. What an inmate might get in the chair? (10) -13. Their side of the story? (10)

The best math you can learn is how to calculate the future cost of current decisions.

Good one, Sondi Really close, Remi. That's the verb form. What's the noun?

That's the only word I can think of. Is it good?

Rose CCB, that wasn't my answer but it's just as good. Remi, what is a peon? The word I'm looking for is a synonym of peon. Gail, the word I'm looking for starts with a "v".
