The adventure series will be integrated into The Adventure Company’s portfolio

Quote:
Vienna, AUSTRIA (April 11th 2014) – Nordic Games announced today that it has signed and closed an asset purchase agreement with dtp entertainment recently regarding its intellectual property “Black Mirror”.
The acquisition itself is handled by Nordic Games Licensing AB, based in Karlstad, Sweden, whereas the day-to-day business (sales and distribution, evaluation of sequels & new content etc.) will be conducted by Nordic Games GmbH, based in Vienna, Austria.

“We are expanding the portfolio of our The Adventure Company division with yet another great adventure brand”, comments Reinhard Pollice, Business & Product Development Director at Nordic Games. “Black Mirror will be seamlessly integrated in our adventure line-up and we are looking forward to what the future holds for it.”

About the series
Black Mirror is a third-person point-and-click horror adventure game developed in 2003 by Future Games, a Czech company. Its original name is Posel Smrti (Czech: Death's Messenger). The game features 150 locations and 5 hours of spoken dialogue. Two sequels, Black Mirror II and Black Mirror III, were released in 2009 and 2011, respectively and have been developed by German-based Cranberry Production, a subsidiary of dtp entertainment.

Happy Gaming!

I am hopeful they might release a new one, but it could very well mean that they will re-release the games under the new publisher, maybe a re-mastered edition or something similar.
