Yesterday doctors performed a biopsy on one of the two kidneys. We are waiting for the results today. Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers Kisses Fear can hold you prisoner. We were prepared to deal with permanent hemodialysis until we find a kidney doner but the doctors today told us that plasmapheresis seems to work, so after 5 sessions of plasmapheresis, that we've done so far, they will continue with another five to make things even better. It's been 4 days since he had his last hemodialysis and his blood values (creatinine) decreased. I hope the good news will contunue... The doctors at first (after the biopsy) told us that his kidneys were more damaged that they thought and we should be prepared for hemodialysis but now even they are excited from the results... Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts!!! Fear can hold you prisoner. Hope can set you free.
