Back from the ball game. Perfect day for it. It felt great to sit in the sun. We had a small breeze so we didn't overheat, and the local team won.

The kids got to run the bases afterwards, which is a big deal to them.

Then home to make deviled eggs for the guys. Son took the boys back to mom, and now it's time to feed my monkeys.

Good night, Space, sweet dreams

My water heater leak alarm went off! This is the second time it's done that. First time it actually was leaking, and I replaced it. This time, whew, it was just beeping because the battery was dead. Thank goodness! Was quite a scare. But the darned little tiny thing really works. Amazing. 4 bucks for peace of mind.

Rule: never mix an oily yummy ham torpedo sandwich with a half pint of mint ice cream. Ugh. Running for the Tums!

I hope all of you had a wonderful Easter today. I worked this morning and on the way home I stopped at my church and said some prayers for my DIL's Dad and Shell's Mom who have cancer. It's been very hard for my daughter-in-law to watch her father go down hill before her eyes. I feel so bad for her and her Dad and Mom. Shell's Mom has stage 4 cancer through her whole body. A complete surprise as her Mom has never been sick.

Well, I'm headed for bed so I'll say good night. See you in the morning.
