Here is another method below. Notice on the right it says "all tools used on this site are available free".
This seems to be a difficult virus to deal with. Take your time and try it if you can.Notice it says it is wise to back-up important stuff first.

I get a WOT warning to stay away from that first link, Geo. I use the link from the second website all the time and they are very good about helping get rid of malware.
