Day One: 10AM-12PM

Okay I'm stuck! I just need a partial spoiler here, though. Here is a list of what I have accomplished so far:

-called Prince James first thing
-Reunion with Moseley
-First Meeting with Tour Guide
-Talk with Hotel Clerk
-Visited the Church, the moped rental area, the musuem and met the ladies, and the tower called Tour something.

Madeleine said I need to give her 2000 francs in order to join the tour group. Where in the world do I find 2000 francs to join the group please help!

Dont worry mac you dont need 2000 francs, Have a look at the bookstore by the hotel, and take a look at the hotel registery, hope this helps... take your time, this is a great game...

How do I get Moseley to rent a moped and let me borrow it? Or, if I can't do that. How can I get his passport away from him? Please help!

This is Day One: 2pm-4pm. Any help would be great!

You might consider setting a candy trap for him under the picture of the road/street, on the table, upstairs. Let us know if you want more.

Mac, the candy is on a table across from the desk where you register, and the picture Witchen is talking about is on the wall of one of the halls on the second floor. Be sure you have the one with the road or street on it.

Okay..........I got the blazer. Now what? Gabe says he still needs more stuff in order to complete the Moseley disguise. Please help! I've been to Moseley's room 2 or 4 times now. I still can't find anything else to complete the disguise. What am I missing? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Hi there, Mac.....you need a hat, (in the box at the museum), but you need two moustaches; one for you (remember that cat) and one for the picture of "you." Check the front desk for something helpful. Oh, and did you get a little package of syrup? I think that must be what is on the side table in the dining room, since the candy is in the lobby.

I did everything you said Witchen and talked to the hotel clerk. I can't figure out how to get Gabe to put Mosely's license plate number in a suspect database, though. Where do I go to start doing that? Please help! Do I call someone or do I use a tape recorder to record the number in the database? Am I on the right track here?

Hi Mac...Did you go to Rogue Negre, did you find Larry Chester's house and nose around there? Did you use the tape recorder at the Abbe's window?

The license numbers you pick up, as well as multiple other clues, are input to SIDNEY..the investigative system on the computer in Gabe's room. You don't need to do that yet though. Have you got THREE license plate numbers?(you can go back if you don't) Mosely, Wilkes and Emilio Garza's?

Which window at the Abbe's are you talking about? His office window or his bedroom window? I tried both windows and all he says is "Nope! Those don't go together." I'm getting kind of sick of that line. I found a hole in one of Larry's windows at his house. What am I supposed to do with that. It's obvious I can't hide behind the trees at his house, yet, since I have nothing to hide behind them for. What am I missing? I seem to be at a dead end here. Please helP!

Witchen is talking about the Abbey's office window but you need to open it first.

Also before you can hide behind the tree you need to have followed the two men up to Larry's house. Have you done that? If not make sure you pay attention to the handshake - you'll need to know it later on.

Day 2 As Gabriel:

Okay......what am I supposed to do now that I've snuck around in the guest rooms and the Abbe's Office. I'm at a complete loss here. Am I supposed to search Moseley's room or no? Please help!

Mac, have you gotten fingerprints in some of the bedrooms and in the Abbe's office? And have you entered all of this stuff into Sydney? Then put the map and papers back where you got them and go downstairs. That should end this time block.

(If you didn't get a map from Madeline's room and some papers from Lady Howard's, you'll have to go back for them.)

I WAS in Day Two after Grace and the tour group came back. The section I think I hit a dead end in is referred to as the Five Minute Timer. The reason why I think I hit a dead end is because of the fact that I forgot to pick up a glass Emilio left behind in Day One to listen in on conversations behind closed doors.

Don't panic, Mac--look at this quote from one of the walkthroughs:

"All of the five minute timer events are optional, and to thoroughly test all events it may be necessary to start the time block over several times. In other words, you can't do all of the 'five minute timer' events in the time allotted."

As I matter of fact, I never heard the conversation in French, or the one with Madeline and it didn't keep me from moving on. What you need to do now is go to the tower and talk to the Abbe, talk to Grace in your room and then go out to the Devil's Armchair and talk to Mosely. Those should get you started again.
