I've followed the walkthrough, but I still CANNOT find the rod behind a pillar in a nonexistant room! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there Majik......WELCOME TO GAMEBOOMERS!

If you are standing facing the pillar where you got the first code "Ptah" and the stairway is off to your left in the far corner of the room, go around the pillar you are facing to your right. Go forward. There is a room behind this one. Go to the back of that room and keep taking a step and looking around until you see the rod leaning against the pillar. Its there. It just takes the right positioning to see it.
