I must have failed to do something again. I am in Chapter 3 I shut off the beer flow and now want to get the whiskey bottle for the S.I.G.N. but I cannot get the Chakra in my hand. In the upper right of the screen it shows in my hand and the whiskey bottle is in the eye view. But cannot get the bottle. Has anyone else had this problem, if so please let me know how you conquered it. Thank you.

All I know is that you hit alt to have it in your hand. If it shows it in the box that means it is out of inventory - but you have to "use" it to load it. Then when you get the close up - just hit control to shoot it at the whiskey bottle. Also make sure the bar tender is still occupied. If he fixes the tap - you need to re-load the save and try again.
