Any Bronte fans out there? Not sure if you know that the Bronte piano has been restored and has been played again after 150 years at the Bronte’s home in Haworth. The piano was of unusual design and was in a pretty awful state decay over the years but due to the kindness of an American lady millionaire the piano was painstakingly repaired with many parts handmade to the original drawings.

It must have been very moving when the young pianist first put his hands on the same keys where Emily and Charlotte last played.

I have put the link below and hopefully it will play in the U.S

Cari.
