Good morning Joe and all! Quick post as I'm unplugging and going to bed. Crazy storm night and tons of flooding and damage in a very widespread area but we are good except for too much rain and thunder. Merlin is doing remarkably well considering.

Have a great day all!

Good morning everyone. The new pool pump should be delivered today. I sure hope it's a better design than the one that came with the pool. It's going to be very windy today. Tropical depression off the coast. To all here and all who follow, have a Wonderful Tuesday. Danish, Bacon Sandwiches, and Waffles in the NC. summer lab

Good morning boomies! What a stormy night! So much flooding and damage especially the loss of large trees. Fortunately the high winds skirted us so we are good, just wet.

Nan, how is Sassy today?

gotta run, taking the dogs to the river early since Shadow needs to go potty. Poor dog did not get a run yesterday and he's going to explode. lol

Happy Tuesday all!

Terrific Tuesday ya'll puppy

Hubby and I popped up with the sun to walk the 4 legged monkeys. It actually felt cool when we first walked out.

Then home for a quick daughter chat to say goodnight. Cooked up a big veggie scramble to feed me and then fed the doggies. After that, headed out to our local farmer's market and got the best peaches happydance Oh my goodness! Food all put away and sitting and sipping for a bit while researching. Son's friend was stung by a wasp and his hand is all swollen. Looking for natural remedies.

After I recover some energy, I'm going to go play chemist in the kitchen and mix up some goodies for daughter and ourselves...out of shampoo and conditioner. And if I still have energy after all that, I'll make bread. If not, I'll make it tomorrow.

We have Bible Study tonight, and that's my day.

Hubby and I finished season 5 of Justified last night. Now we have to wait patiently for the final season which starts in Jan.

Ana, glad you guys are safe. Thought about you when I heard the weather news.

Connie, do they know the track of that depression yet?

Manx, Happy Canada Day Canada

Nan, how is Sassy feeling today?

Hi all, today's going to be a really nice day -a bit of rain this afternoon would help too.

And today is the day to finish Wolfenstein, a fine game, and then start it all over again. Am replaying Killzone 4. Graphics in this game are outstanding. just think what K'Zone 5 will bring us.

L4L strange you should mention peaches those here have been delicious. Fredricksburg, Texas which is a few miles west of us is famous for their peaches but even those imported ones are much better than previous years. And I'm getting my share of them.

Off to do dishes than maybe a belated breakfast......who knows

Is Sassy better and where is Penelope

One problem solved, one pending. Am Express/Walmart finally cleared the 'double billing' issue. Glad that one is over. My teacher's retirement however, managed to NOT correct the Medicare 'do not deduct anymore', despite 2 phone calls, one written snail mail request, and 2 emails. I am short over a hundred bucks in my paycheck today. Makes a big difference when the bills come in. Maybe Medicare/SS will figure it out when they get a double payment this month. I'm not going to rest until they coordinate on this glitch.

Penelope front and center this morning. Tossed her some red grapes as she rose from her favorite spot on the roof eagerly looking at me to see if the grapes would appear. I guess she likes the thrill of chasing grapes as they roll down the roof and into the gutter where she pecks them out.

All other Outdoorsies in attendance, except that the raccoon family has not been here for 3 nights now. Maybe they are migrating. The little ones are totally big enough to travel. Or perhaps they found better food sources. No fouled water, lots of dry food available in the morning.

My leg aches. I'm sure it's a crimped nerve problem. Always something. Kept me awake last night, but goes away when I change positions. Will have to determine exactly where that nerve is and try massaging it or something. Stupid little ache.

WARNING! This person is extremely blonde...please type SLOWLY.
