Hi there,

I think I'm stuck. Since I am as terrible at talking to people in games as I am in real life, I seem to be at a standstill.

Joe is in solitaire. I have a release form that I need to get signed for him to get out of there. Don't know how to do that.

Mickey didn't like that I kept lying to him and now he is in his office disinfecting things and I can't get back in there to attempt to do anything with the safe.

Sutter (not sure if that's his name) in the Café wants some valo?

Viv's nephew told me that the radio was lost in the back something or other (I really should have wrote all this down but didn't really intend to post here just yet). No way to try to find that.

The only person who will talk to me wants to bed me.

Any hints based on this info?

Thanks.

I think you should be able to have Valo if Sutter wants it, so backtrack and see if you can shine a light on what you might have missed

Joe in solitary:
- Be sure that you have done and checked everything in the cell.
- Be sure that you have talked to Lizard completely.
- Be sure that you have Lizard's escape plan.
- Talk to the guard and he can't release Joe and needs warden's permission.
You then change to Christine. Christine will learn about Joe being in solitary and will be the one to get the warden's permission.

Mickey:
- You should have checked all active spots in the office.
- Have the safe combination from Bee.
- Then - You need to select the right dialogue to get Mickey out of the office and be able to search the safe.
- Then talk to Goldie and redo the whole thing again (check the safe).

Valo:
There is Valo hidden in Christine's apartment - lamp in the ceiling.

Viv's nephew:
- He lied. The radio is there is you search on the shelf.
- Talk to nephew completely and he will want things from you.

wave flotsam!

I think some of those will get you through. luck

Argh. I typed and then accidently hit something and lost it. Second time I've done that recently.

When I went into Mickey's office I went straight for the conversation believing I would be able to look around later. Do you think I need to load a previous save and replay that or should I be able to get back in there at some point maybe after I get somewhere with the other issues?

I will go back in and see but I don't want to spend too much time if I have locked myself out.

Thanks flotsam and MaG.

I believe you can wait for him to sit back on that table by the main area-show room and talk to him again in his office. I vaguely remember doing that several times to find out how to do it. luck

I hope so MaG because I just played a long time without really checking back on him. Got involved with Joe. Would hate to have to replay all of this but I'm confident I won't have to. Most games don't dead end you on stuff these days.

Well MaG, I was able to get back in Mickey's office but I guess you know how that goes since you said you did that "several times". Unfortunately the game froze on me and I had to exit via "end task" in task manager. Dreading going back in to see what I have to replay.

Uh oh! Sorry, you had to go through that.

My saved games are through steam. I might be able to hunt for one for you but the sequence of your gaming is different from mine (walkthrough).

My game is from Steam also MaG, but good news. The game apparently auto saved for me. This happened twice. It didn't actually freeze but I lost my cursor and couldn't do anything or open inventory either. Anyway, I didn't have to replay but I am stuck again.

Only the first number to the safe works and I can't figure out how to get the other numbers. Bee isn't telling anymore. Don't know how to change the mermaid's contract. I also can't get the chaplain to take my bird book pass.

Do you have any Hints you can give? Am I just missing finding something again like I was above?

Hint: Notice anything interesting with the numbers of the oldsafe combination? Remember that Mickey is obsessed with Goldie.
I think Christine also made a very interesting observation about Goldie.

Thank you. I'll concentrate on Goldie and see if something pops for me!

Well, that worked wonders.

Now I am stuck in (I assume)the last puzzle or close to it with Christine held at gun point. I liked the game until now. I don't like being trapped in a game. This time I had to use task manager to close out of the game just because there was no way out of the puzzle and I cannot stay up all night trying to figure it out.

Finished! Knew I shouldn't have attempted it last night when I was too tired.

I got it right away (the first time) today, but when I tried to replay to choose the other option at the end, I used the same conversation but it wouldn't take. I had to try for about 15 minutes to get it even though I ended up consulting the w/t the second time. Weird.

Thanks for the help MaG!
