The prospect of a long day at the beach makes me panic. There is no harder work I can think of than taking myself off to somewhere pleasant, where I am forced to stay for hours and 'have fun'.

Good morning Joe, manxman, Midgie, Gerry and Haroula!

Connie, safe travels today!

Another night of no sleep for me. Merlin kept me up most of the night again. I don't know what to do with him. sad
At 1am we heard animal cries for about 15 minutes and it would get close, then farther away and then close again. It was heartbreaking hearing it over and over and I finally decided to go out and see what was wrong. Not going to lie, I was scared I was going to find some severely injured animal and wasn't sure what I would do with it. Turns out it was a lost baby raccoon screaming for mama. Mama was frantically running in and out of the woods across the street looking for it and it was awesome when they found each other! yay Such a cool thing to see and I was relieved no one was hurt.

Have a happy day all!

Ana wave

L4L, mama raccoon found her by her screams. I never saw the baby until she did. It was too cute! I never knew how much noise they could make.

Darlene, I'm glad the celebration went well. hearts

Have prayed for Seagy -we owe them so much.

Goodgoodgood baby raccoon is back home with mama. Does she only have one?

Only 80 here today and ShemerBaby has been tearing around the house, raising the dust and teasing Moira. And right now he's practising nap technique. What a life.

Oh yes, L4L, I play mostly FPS -preferably war fps. Killzone 2 is my favorite game, wall to wall shooting. Oblivion is my favorite RPG. When my hero had to anihilate the brotherhood in Cheydenhal I worried about Shemer (their pet rat) --silly.

Bye for now

Thanks, Yankee. Thanks, MaG. We will start pain meds and do an ultrasound on Monday in Auburn (unless she makes a miraculous recovery before then.)

Boys are napping...though not pretending today as well as they did yesterday. They don't realize they are right over my head and every time they get up, I hear them rotfl

Reading posts. L4L prayers going up for Seagy. Darlene I can relate to that. We had a celebration of life for my Mom no long ago. Good Bless.

Waiting for Sunday for my computer tech guy to get my computer up and running. Can't wait. I haven't lost any files as I have Carbonite. They have all my files so once my computer is up and running I'll call them and they can restore all my files.Whew!
