can anyone please help me,I know its an old game but I am enjoying playing it.however I have got a problem which I am finding hard to get over.when mc coy enters Dermo Design he shoots the handcuffs off the old guy,puts his gun away and then runs out of the building.but when he gets outside he will not run away,he allways gets blown up and the old man gets halfway accross the road hence end of game.

If I remember correctly, you have to be quick with the mouse here. As soon as you shoot the handcuffs, start running for the door. When you're outside, run to the lower left of the screen. McCoy should survive the blast.

mc coy runs from room,but as soon as he gets outside he stops,the man runs past him they both get blown up.the pointer will not goto blue when mc coy is out of the building, i aim at the bottom left of the screen.

First of all try to save time inside the building by doing things in the least movements:
Draw pistol.Shoot chains. Put gun away. Run to left and out.

There are so many places that gamers found safe to place McCoy. I remember that I was about to chuck this game because I can't find a place safe for McCoy.

The places I remembered being told that was safe are:
Double click at right corner of screen.
Double click at bottom left side of screen.
Double click at midway middle, slightly to the left of the screen.

I think all of the above are safe places. Just have to be patient and redo it over until you get through alive.

at last he is across the road thank you.

i am stuck again,in act 3 i have got free and picked up all the clues, i have spoken to the tough guy,left the buiding and picked up the clues from the car.returned to police headquarters and updated my files,but when i go to the lock up there is only one person there,izzo is not there,and when i get to the nightclub there is nobody there in red and no show going on.

I checked 3 walkthroughs and found that the events happened very differently from the others. Check this hints and read through the whole Act3 - Jeanne explains well how the events happen and how to trigger them - Jeanne's Day 3 hints and explanations .

I think it is best you read it because you know what you've done and have not done.

i have looked at the hints and have tried so many times to get past the bouncer in the nightclub but to no avail.please help.

Did you try it this way:
SPOILER 1:

Talk to the on-stage dancer repeatedly until the bouncer walks in front of the stage and stands closely beside McCoy. (McCoy might need to walk further into the room to get him going.)
Once his attention is directed at the dancer instead of McCoy (his head seems to turn more toward the dancer), run to the revolving booth on the west wall of the room.

EARLY Q'S CLUB: Enter Early Q's club on the left. Distract the bouncer by talking to the dancer at the stage. When he walks over to investigate, run over to the booth in the lower left. This reveals a private bar where Early Q is standing. If Early Q is not here, you might have to exit the building or scene
to reset the encounter.


It takes timing and practice.
