Thanks for the info, Gil. However, I couldn't watch it as it required a sign in for a site I'm not a member of.

That's a shame, l4l.
I just checked the website and the link for that video goes only to YouTube.
There is one thing you can do if you want to.
You can sign up, sign in, watch the video, then close your browser and use CCleaner to remove YouTube/Google's cookies.
You'll never have to use it again if you'd rather not.
I vanish from Google quite often despite having Gmail. smile

There's very little exposition in that video; it's almost all gameplay.
I did see complaints about the frame rate though it looked pretty good to me, but it seems that YouTube isn't up to the standards of the game if the comments on it hold water.
Still, it's worth watching and as ham-fisted as I am, watching a playthrough on YouTube is probably the only way I'll ever see the entire game.
(Not to mention the size of it and the probable requirement for a graphics card better than mine.)

Gil.

Thanks for the info. I've gotten very wary of joining sites though. wave

You do realize, don't you, l4l, that what you sign up for is Gmail.
You sign in to Gmail first.
Then when you're on YouTube and it says 'sign in', all you do is click the 'sign in' link and you're automatically able to see the video because Gmail already knows you're over 18.
(It's not uncommon for many sites, like The Witcher 3's site, to ask you to confirm your age before you're able to view it, though how they determine you're not telling a big one is beyond me. grin)

Gmail is more than another site, as you must know and if you need or want another email program it is handy.
I'm not sure why you'd be wary of it because you don't have to 'go visible' or join Google+ or give Gmail any but the most basic information.
(Believe me, I give them nothing over the little I had to to get my Gmail account.)
And as I said, you can clear the cookies and you'll automatically be invisible to Google until you sign in again.

Nonetheless, I understand you might not care to let Google know you're even alive but me, I can't imagine not being able to view things like The Witcher 3...or anything, really, that requires permission...on YouTube.
(Apropos of noting, I'm watching a walkthrough of an adventure game called Warcraft Adventures: Lord of the Clans that was never released for some reason but here it is on YouTube, on what appears to be a Russian's channel.
So far, it's pretty good, the background art is beautiful and I do like the idea of having an Orc for the hero!)

Your call, of course!

Gil.

l4l, I have gmail and have signed into YouTube (because I had to publish some work for a course I was taking online), I also use YouTube for several reasons, I have never erased anything and had not have any problems whatsoever. I never knew one has to sign to watch YouTube though, maybe it is only for some things think

Yes, it's only for some things. I've gotten very conservative about "joining." But, thank you wave

With so many problems around I am not surprised.

Wow. I really, really, must have that game as soon as it comes out!

I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Preorder it, hagatha!
It's $47.99 if you already own The Witcher 1 and 2 on GOG (20% off) and you get a whole bunch of goodies along with it.
