I am playing the above game,And at the hotel, door 2
To open the door I entered the code shown on the piece
Of paper,shown under the cash register,but that number
Did not open the door,has anyone been able to open the
Door using that code.

The code found in the cash register is random. So you have your own number.
Be sure that you enter it correctly. The * and # keys resets the lock.
If in doubt - double check the cash register again - the code might have changed.
