I just got my new pc with win 7. How do I make a shortcut on my desk for some of the web sites I visited. I'm on GB now and I want to save it on my desktop.

This win 7 is so much different than win xp. Will take some time to get used to it.

It seems quite different at first; I agree. But I found that after three or four days with it, it really wasn't terribly different than XP, with the exception of a few quirks. laugh

I think you'll like it once you get used to it. smile

If he set up Windows Live Mail on your computer, for example, you could find that by clicking on Start in the lower lefthand corner and then selecting All Programs and seeing if that is listed. In any case, it would be good to ask the fellow about it who set up your computer. smile
