I can't figure out the ruins. I have looked at the book a million times and it just isn't sinking in on what I have to do. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Are you talking about the "runes"?

If so - look at the center of that circle. There are the swirl, moon and star icons.
You also have the same icons on the outer circles that you can move by pressing the inside icons.

- Now in between those 2 sets of runes are several stationary symbols.
- The aim is to set the outer runes to the correct stationary symbols.

For the moon rune - the observatory by the cliffside will give you the answer.
For the star rune - the "Lost" Navigation book in your inventory has the answer.
For the swirl rune - this should be matched to all the other symbols and then press the stone at left side of screen. This will then light up the symbols on the pillars by entrance.

thank you Mag. I couldn't figure out where all the answers were and I thought they were all in the book on the table. Now to give it another whirl.

Better clarify - match then press stone - match and then press stone, okay?
