I ordered and downloaded "Mystery Masters: Insane Cold" from Viva Media. In order to start playing the game, I'm being asked for a serial number. The only numbers in the confirmation e-mail are an order number and an SKU, none of which is what I need. Would appreciate if someone can help me figure out where to locate the serial number.
