Is this a good program that I would want on my computer or a waste of space? It is in my latest Windows update and I don't know whether to agree to get it.

Always get this update... it's just another bit of protection that won't interfere with your current anti-virus program. It's good stuff.

It just runs once and that's it until the next time they send one out. It doesn't really "install" on your computer.
