Its possible that you need to reinstall the version of PhysX that shipped with the game. I've had similar issues after upgrading my graphics drivers.

If I'm not mistaken the drivers were named Ageia before NVidia took them over.

Uninstall your PhysX drivers from Add/Remove Programs, and then reinstall your game.

I'm not sure what you mean, you can't reinstall the drivers, or the game? Is this a digital download or a DVD?
