Hi fellow Boomers,
I have been contacting GOG SUPPORT (via their website), and I never get a reply from them anymore. There was a time when a reply would be in my e-mail in less than 3 days. The only thing they send is a confirmation that they received my request. THAT I get immediately in my e-mail in-box. Does anybody know an e-mail address for GOG Support
that would allow me to contact them directly through my e-mail provider (AOL)? Am I the only one who is having this problem with GOG? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry I can't give you a definite answer Sandy but I don't use GOG. I did Google GOG Support and found this link. GOG Support Is this the page you tried? If not maybe it can help.

I usually hear from them in about 3 days - but if it's over a weekend, you can't count that.

I've always found GOG to be one of the better sites for support. It may take a few days, and I don't know if they have weekend staff, but be patient - they will respond.

Thanks, everybody, for your input. Unfortunately it has been my recent experience that I am NOT getting any replies from GOG. and I have been waiting (impatiently) for 2 weeks already. I have even sent a reply to their "automated message" stating that I still need their help. I then get another "automated message" that states that they have received my request and will answer shortly.
Homer6, your link is the only one I have been able to use to attempt to get support. I've been a customer of GOG for years. I have 43 games now in my "Library". Up till now, I've always had very positive experiences from the GOG Support Team. I hope that this is just a "glitch" in their support system.

Maybe they are still adjusting to their site update. Earlier this month I ordered and did not receive a order confirmation. I contacted support 2 times before receiving the following reply:

"Unfortunately we're currently unable to resend confirmation e-mails, due to technical limitations following our site update, but we will resend them as soon as we can. I apologize for the trouble."

I just DID get a reply from GOG SUPPORT, finally. I was directed to install a PATCH for "Ethan Carter", which,as of today, is in my GOG Library. To make aong story short, I had the same error message as before on BOTH of my computers (Win XP and Vista) I just replied back to "Support" with my tale of woe.
I am happy to see that GOG Support is functioning again.

Something tells me they have been inundated with issues lately. Supposedly one of these patches also shows a small notification when the game is auto-saving.

Hi Drac,
Just to keep you up to date, GOG SUPPORT is still keeping in touch with me and trying to get Ethan Carter to work for me, but I think it's a lost cause. In all fairness, I would like to take back what I inferred about the lack of support by GOG. I guess the long wait for a reply was due to their Support being overwhelmed by requests by many others who are having the same problem as I. Too bad, I would like to have played this game, but it looks like it's not going to happen.

Maybe it's my computer and not their web site but I can not sign on to access my account. The top portion of the site seems to be missing and I can not get to tech support which may be due to my slow computer but I hhave never had this kind of trouble from GOG.

It looks like I will never get this game to run, so GOG tells me that the matter will be appropriately resolved (my words, not theirs) I have no doubt that it WILL be resolved to my satisfaction. I'm sure that GOG values me as a "good and loyal customer" and will "do the right thing". They always HAVE.

Me either.
I assume Lexxy had some sort of add-on that was blocking parts of the GOG site.
