After months of having this game I finally got the nerve to change settings etc. and start playing it. Now I am stuck at the water bowl. I have tried for days to get the four symbols in the right place and still can't get a message to appear in the water. I have looked at the clues and it looks to me like they are all right except maybe the "wood' Which is very hard to see. I found the message under the bed post do I still have to get the water to spell something?

I have just finished this game. I loved it, but didn't find it spooky at all. Strange, but not spooky! The "bowl puzzle" is relatively easy (well ... I got it right the second try!) Check the Walkthru by MaGtRo on Gameboomers for a picture of where the settings of the symbols should be. You can right-click (the mouse) on the picture in the Walkthru and then click print "picture", you don't need to have any files sent to you.

Maybe I am trying to use all four symbols when I really only need three of them. I went to the walkthrough and it looks like bronze is not used. Am I right?

its very hard to see the bronze one on the picture in the w/t, but it goes below the wood one.. just fiddle about a bit with the placement and I'm sure you will get it smile

Thanks a lot all you bright people. I got it on the first try after I knew where the bronze went.I have just picked up the goggles and am ready to see all those spooky things now I guess.
