Set in Miami during the inception of iconic planned community Coral Gables, A Golden Wake follows everyman Alfie Banks' scramble to the top of Florida's land boom in the 1920s. Explore a vibrant pixel-art representation of the Jazz Age and puzzle through classic point & click style gameplay in this quest for the elusive American Dream: go head-to-head with real estate mogul George Merrick, deal with cutthroat bootleggers and corrupt politicians, get mixed up with the mob, contend with the hurricanes that famously wrecked the Florida coast, and ultimately fight for Alfie's redemption.

"This game was a real labor of love," says A Golden Wake's designer Francisco Gonzalez, a Miami native. A Golden Wake's developer Grundislav Games has previously released the freeware series Ben Jordan: Paranormal Investigator.
