The game crashes in the 2nd case, trying to making the Chilean guy profile at Doncaster Station

Let's wait for the techies to offer some advice. If all else fails, we can move this post over to the Hints forum and someone can send you a saved game.

I assume your computer meets or exceeds the system requirements for the game? Does the game take you back to the desktop, or does it freeze while in the game? Do you get any error messages when it crashes?

I guess you could try turning down the graphics options and see if that helps get past the crash.

If that doesn't help, like Marian says --> maybe ask for a saved game over in Hints.

It simply freezes.
