Mine was dark to. You have to lighten it up right click on a empty spot on your desktop. click on your nvida control panel, click on adjust desktop color. click on Nvidia settings, use NVidia settings and adjust the brightness. Maybe somebody else has a easer way of doing it.

There may be brightness adjustments you can make on your monitor too. I have 4 little buttons on my monitor I can use to make changes.
Once again, weeds are my life!

....anyway ...I would like to know ...I have a windows 7 Dell.... installed beautifully ... BUT ... when I click on the game to Play especially (im Downstairs ) downstairs I go from nice brightness that makes me see and makes it playable to a darkness that I can make out some things but not all ... it looks so beautiful the scenes in a short second then bingo its like dark .... Please If you can ...help me being 66 its hard but with my glasses pinned up against the computer its even worse lolololol Please Step by step on how to brighten this lovely game would help Thank You for any help
