It was released yesterday.

A game for fans of survival horror scared .

I have seen mixed reviews.

I get that game Thursday from Amazon -it should be a respite from shooters- let's hope it's as good as the cover on the case. I haven't read reviews or all that stuff.

Yankee, let us know what you think, I read that bosses are too difficult and if I buy the PS 4 version then there are no cheats, but I don't want to fall for PC and be able to cheat unless it is an impossible game.

There are WTs already in video, I'll check them.

Any good shooters? I played Wolfentein 4 times and run out of good shooters.

The last shooter I played that I really liked was Metro Last Light.

Metro was fun but I didn't care for it. Why(?)

Wolfenstein is a good game -I played it 3 times on normal and maybe will try it on difficult -although I know my limits. I played KZ 4 times and now I'm skipping around but I still cuss out chapter 8. There's alot of posting about this game like who is Echo's father. Really though for wall to wall shooting KZ2 is tops.

You're right about no shooters

For me it's a most difficult and unforgiving game but intreuging and addictive and when I eventually finish I will always remember it. First: If your thing is shooters and platforms and war games you must rewire the frontal lobes, synapses, etc. because it's entirely different. There are traps galoore and you must find your way around (especially chapter 3 yuuuck!!!). In shooters you know exactly what to do and where to go -not here. Then it is difficult -if cussing could kill the first boss he'd be dead long ago. Then I don't especially care for the protagonist, but too bad Yank. I guess it was worth 60$. By now there must be some blogs on it. So far the game is dark and I turned up the bright. In spite of all my complaining, I like it.

I'm playing on casual and managed to be flat dead 3 minutes into chapter 1. Survival mode must be frantic. All those zombies lurking about, they just appear.

Gaming directions are scant so you have to learn how to do things by playing and making mistakes.

It would be the-ee bargain of 2014 if you could find it for 40$ but don't let that stop you from getting it now if you can't wait.

There, I have spoken and happy gaming all

Thank you Yankee!

It seems I eventually will play it, Game Spot has it pre-owed at $ 50, it has the advantage that if one doesn't like a game pre-owned one has a week to return it.

I am quite good at shooters and up to a point classical survivals but not at this kind of survival

I am replaying Thief, not my kind of game either, waiting for something "better", next year Resident Evil 7 is planned, also there seems to be a remake of RE 1 or 2.

Yup, the game is mostly horror and survival -as for the story, I think I don't know what it is. Lotsa blood and heads rolling around but that never bothered me. And our hero sure ain't witcher in tight pants. But all considered I like it and probably will play it again.

I played 1 Res Evil game and thought it too slow. Resistance and Killzone series still are favs. How about Bloodbourne? I might get it. I was going to get Plants vs. Zombies 3 but you have to have psn and I don't bother with those things. It looks like P vs Z 3 is a shooter and you can either be a P or a Z. Nice.

I wish I could do shooters like you. Oh yes, almost forgot -look up Sniper Elite 3 -I have it and love it.

Not many games like Resistance and Killzone unfortunately.

I probably get Sniper Elite 3, I read it was not very good, but reviews not always agree with me. I am not a very fast player but in the back I can be lethal and with a sniper in my hands everything that moves is down devil .

Did you played The Last of Us? This is survival I can play successfully.

Drac, you would love this game.

I bet, for me, the best way to play this game is: Play through a chapter then replay it. That way I know what I'm supposed to do and I'll pick up some of the stuff I missed. Let's see how that goes. I'll soon be on chapter 6, after that 9 more. It's good to analyse your fighting style and upgrade that.

Last survival I played was Resistance 3 -it wasn't as good as 1 or 2. You played that on frantic mode didn't you.

Just ordered the latest call of duty -whichever that is. Kinda desperate for a shooter. I've played them all many times and know what they are going to say next even.

Hey mcc how do you like sniper 3? Guess what I'm replaying that one right now. When I get so mad at Evil Within I put that one on as it's better than the ol' hammer and saw treatment to an offending game. It's the boss fights that slay me. I bet The Last of Us is child's play compared to Evil Within. But it's a good old fashioned type game and worth respect. And cussing. And fits of anger. AndAndAnd..........And with that, happy gaming all!!

I just finished Sniper 3, I enjoyed it and the thousands of sniper shots, after all snipers are my favorite weapons and I hardly hide, mainly kill devil

I´ll install the new Call of Duty next.
