should i get a new printer my officejet keeps jamming., it will not print.

I would contact the company tech. support first because they sometimes have a few hints about certain models.If that doesn't help I would get a new printer because you can usually find a new printer on sale for almost the same price as an ink refill.

Family if you buy a new printer do yourself a favor first. Search out the company web site to check out what the bloody ink will cost you. Prices are all over the map. You can save a ton of money when you buy one who's ink prices are cheaper. I found in some cases it's cheaper to buy a new printer than it is to buy the ink. A nasty trick they have now is some printer companies include half filled ink cartridges with new printers.....................Shop carefully
