It's also a command prompt -- used on modern Windows versions versions that don't run DOS.
Maybe he just doesn't get why anyone would put it on a shirt.

That's what hubby finally came up with, Jenny. And, as you suggested, he still doesn't get why someone would find it cool to put it on a t-shirt.

Don't think it's meant to be cool or uncool. Just a tongue in cheek thing :-)
