hello, i cannot click on the squares puzzle in the museum of design. how do i? robert.

If you see 2 that match left click them or you can skip this puzzle if you want.

i can't select any shapes, all i get are red dots. in addition, where it normally says 'bypass' it now gives me 'save'. what am i to do? robert.

Hi Robert, I am not sure why the puzzle is giving you problems in that way - but in this game, the bypass puzzle button is on the top right corner of your screen, so it's possible that you are not clicking where you should be in order to bypass the puzzle.

i am not sure either why it's reacting this way Marian. all i know is i cannot bypass the puzzle, the top-right of the screen shows blank, while the bottom-left says 'load', the bottom-right says 'save' and when i select a shape, i get a red dot-like symbol. i am reluctant to abandon this game. it seems all messed up in this regard and nobody can help me progress. robert.

If you are running an older version of the game, I know that there is an update that you can get from Mikael that is required to get the game to run properly on Windows 7. When and where did you purchase the game? Did you purchase it as a download or are you playing the game from a physical CD?

it is a physical CD i bought years ago. robert.

That may be the problem, then - I would suggest that you write to Mikael and describe the problem and he can help you out.

Robert, I think you're confusing the squares puzzle in the museum with a small white table with some different shaped symbols on it. The small white table can not be interacted with. Just to the left of it, on the wall, you can find the square memory puzzle.

Marian, after taking the Handicraft Exhibition ticket, how do i get up the stairs. i read right of monitor but it doesn't work for me. could you please expand on that. BTW, thanks to you and Mikael for the squares memory puzzle. i was barking up the wrong tree. robert.

Exit right of the monitor. Turn left immediately and climb the stairs at right.
Did you turn left after exiting right of the monitor?
