It may yet work win xp 32 bit, but it means that (I think it means rhis?) if you have any trouble with the game, the game will not be supported.

Even if it would play in XP, it appears you must have a stand-alone video card too.

And DirectX updated to 9.0c with the appropriate graphics card drivers.
