it won't play it just kicks me out.  it is by viva media., window 8 is terrible.

This probably has nothing to do with Windows 8. Big Fish states this one is compatible with Windows 8... I haven't had a Big Fish Game not play in my Windows 8 computer yet.
I just downloaded the demo and it loaded and played right away for me on Windows 8.1.
EDIT: I just started it again and after the Artogon screen, there was a snapping sound and my computer went back to desktop. I'd have to say there is a problem with the game which needs to be fixed. Have you contacted Viva Media or Big Fish or where ever you got the game from? It is advertised as being compatible with Windows 8, so they should get it running for you.
Once again, weeds are my life!

it is with viva media i will contacted them, anmd i just try they were bought by encore and i am confuuse how to report the problem. i cannot contact them , because they won't let me throught to tell them.

I don't deal with either Viva Media or Encore, just Big Fish Games, so I'm not sure what to tell you. Maybe someone else will know.
