M. a R. -C. 3 = S. and Y. O. -D. 4 = I. in M. -E. 5 = B. in the T. -F. 6 = B. in an O. (in C.) -G. 10 = E. in a D. -H. 17 = P. that D. N. and S. V. -I. 18 = W. on an A. S. T -J. 40 = A. at which L.
