I've had this game for a while, but just got around to playing it. I didn't purchase from Big Fish. Think it was directly from the developer at a bargain price. I've encountered a glitch in trying to pick up an inventory item (bottle of sulphur)) and can't move forward. Many on Big Fish forum have reported the same problem and I don't see that an update was ever released. Any ideas? I'm pretty far into the game and hate to start over.

The only information I could find was the suggestion on the Big Fish forums to restart the game with a new profile, unfortunately.
