I'm not sure if this is a technical problem or just a puzzle problem. There's a video walkthrough of the game here. Maybe watching the part where you are stuck would help. Otherwise, hopefully another player will be able to help you out.

thank you will check it out. watching the video of the gate the middle piece to the right side game is already there . in my game it isn't
i went a head bought the game and made new profile and everything works now . thank you for the help and the video
