Wife: "How would you describe me?"
Husband: "ABCDEFGHIJK."
Wife: "What does that mean?"
Husband: "Adorable, beautiful, cute, delightful, elegant, fashionable, gorgeous, and hot."
Wife: "Aw, thank you, but what about IJK?"
Husband: "I'm just kidding!"

1. You're reading this now.
2. You're realizing that this is a stupid fact.
4. You didn't notice I skipped number 3.
5. You're checking now.
6. You're smiling.
7. You're still reading this even though it is stupid.
9. You didn't realize I skipped number 8.
10.You're checking again and smiling because you fell for it again.
11. You're enjoying this.
12. You didn't realize I said 10 facts not 12.

A child asked his father, "How were people born?" So his father said, "Adam and Eve made babies, then their babies became adults and made babies, and so on." The child then went to his mother, asked her the same question and she told him, "We were monkeys then we evolved to become like we are now." The child ran back to his father and said, "You lied to me!" His father replied, "No, your mom was talking about her side of the family."

Teacher: "Kids, what does the chicken give you?"
Student: "Meat!"
Teacher: "Very good! Now what does the pig give you?"
Student: "Bacon!"
Teacher: "Great! And what does the fat cow give you?"
Student: "Homework!"

I never wanted to believe that my Dad was stealing from his job as a road worker. But when I got home, all the signs were there.

It seems like Joe just had one of these a year ago doesn't it? Time flies when we are having fun!

Good morning everybody. yay

Thank you for the BD wishes, and a very special thanks to my best friend Ana for always being there. hearts

I'm sitting, sipping, surfing, and staring out the window at a very bleak looking day. It's cloudy and rainy. We have 80% chance for the wet stuff. It's a good slug day for sure, but I have to get to Walmart this morning, for supplies. yes

I have a lady coming to measure my living room for carpet that I might replace. Not sure yet. happydance

My sister should get here Saturday or Sunday to take Sambo back with her. If she doesn't make it she's off my Christmas card list. I need my uninterrupted sleep and this kitty getting up in my face in the middle of the night is putting him on thin ice with me. razz

My Mom, and sister were the cat collectors. Not me. shame

I care about Sambo because I can't help but put myself in his place, when everyone moved out, and suddenly left him there all alone. He's a very sweet cat. blackkitty

Ok I'm off for my third cup-o-joe. grin

Sambo is just wishing you a happy birthday and then maybe merry Christmas then happy New Year thenthenthen............He would be a great kitty for you. At one time I had 11 cats and 2 doggys and I worked nights. We were 1 big happy family.

Groceries done and put away and feasting on dolce e biscotti Corsini dal 1921 Cantuccini con pezzi di cioccolato and gosh this stuff is good. Ahhh memories of Buffalo New York. and right in south central Texas too.

Opossum fed, soft fried egg and cornbread. And I had the same.

In the 70's today, lovely weather.

Happy Friday all

birthday Joe! You're the best! woot
I would take Sambo if we lived close by. He's definitely feeling lost since your mom passed and your sister moved away and now he's in a strange house with strange smells. You're the only thing he can identify with and he keeps checking to make sure you're still there with him. Cats HATE changes!
Hope everybody has a wonderful day!
Sorta, I'm so sorry about Spot.

Hi all.Joe birthday. I hope you're enjoying your birthday and your day off. Luv2 I agree with you. When hubby and I moved from Dunstable Ma to Robbinston Me, I brought my kitty with me. Boy she hated the move.

Yankee is the opossum wild or is it a pet?

Midgie hearts

Just do it.

There are 3 opossums which are quickly assuming a pet status. Starters they were wild. They hang around mornings for breakfast and yawn right with my kits and so they have their eats too, then they clean up the kits plates, then they paddy wack around the house then disapear someware. There is a hole in the furnace room that gives access under the house -pier and beam. They're family. They can balance on their hind legs and wash their face with 2 front paws/hands. They can pick up things with their hands just like we do. If only they would learn to dust and sweep and play games. Hahahaha. I think they are too smart to dust and sweep. Little pointy noses. You can tell I'm becomming quite fond of them.

Yup Yankee, possums are incredibly cute if you can see past the ugly beady eyes, the naked tail and those massive teeth. I think they are adorable. I really like when they 'wash' their food or take a short bath in the cat's water dish. You might put out a shallow pan of water in the house somewhere and see if they like it. Very fun to see the washing ritual.
