Nearly to the end! Now I need to navigate to the upper deck by way of the middle deck and do not have enough light bulbs.
The game will not open any other location on any of the decks. The message for each location clicked on is "nothing more to do here" so I can't go back and look for more light bulbs.
Any idea how to go forward in the game?

Actually, this game is somewhat unforgiving if you aren't watching for those bulbs and grab them before moving from the place you are in. I am in a place now where I do not have what I need to go forward, and you can not go back.
So, for anyone trying this game, GET THOSE LIGHT BULBS while you are in the various rooms!!
