Maybe you missed a trigger in order to be able to turn the key for the clock? Have you looked at the poetry book at the book shop written by Heinz Ritter?

Here's a video walkthrough of day four.

Go to 3 minutes 55 seconds and it will show you the trunk/clock sequence. See if this helps.

several times on the german poetry, book,in order the game
should say 3 dragon,in german language,i did the same to the
german/english dictionery,so the game should say 3 oclock i
went to granma,up the atic, upened the trunk, took the key
insert it,then put the clock to 3:00,then dragon on top
turned the key, click the drawer opened,i say that looking at
the 2 books, plus having the key fro trunk, before start this

I hope you enjoy the rest of the game, and I'm glad you got past the clock puzzle and that you can move on. Thank you for your kind words. holidays

Samuel,

There is a y but it is a "question mark".
You have to deduce that from the new set of markings that you translated using the combined new voodoo code with the one done by Magentia.

Turn the pages so you can see the other set of translated symbols.

(m),if its good here also i dont know,i am afraid not, because i did so and gabriel erased it,samuel thanks

Samuel,

When you first saw the new markings Marie Laveau's tomb:

From walkthrough:
Translate new markings: Use the sketchbook to copy the new markings.
See the closeup of the markings. Use the translated Voodoo code done by Magentia on the markings.
Combine the new voodoo code with the one done by Magentia. Automatically it is translated.
Read the new message: DJ Keep E?ES on GK B?t Do Not Har?

See those translated ?marks.
You can then deduce that the new message - DJ Keep E?ES on GK B?t Do Not Har - is - DJ Keep EYES on GK BUt Do Not HarM

So you can deduce which ones are Y - U - M.

BTW - The moderators at Hints forum are all female. smile12

Hi samuel, depending on where you got the games, where the save games are located might be a little different. Please tell us where you purchased Gabriel Knight Anniversary and whether your Myst Masterpiece is a CD or a download version; that would be helpful. wave12

Thanks, samuel. Hopefully someone will know where the saved games are located with the GOG version. wave12
