How do I get Father Frederick to look for the information on Lothar? Frankly, he doesn't even seem to be working on finding the answer!!

If you have done everything prior to this part - all I did was walk around and around - visited all the places. Somebody said that they would come back and ask the priest and I think by the fourth or the fifth time - he finally answers.
